Be part of the top 30% performing properties in your UFI (defined as unique identifier that represents a city, town, or village).

• Key Performance Drivers include: Volume of bookings generated, availability granted by the accommodation, conversion, ratio of cancellations

2. Review Performance Score

• Review Score of 7+ of higher

3. Competitive Pricing

• Rate parity for all rooms as defined by an average price difference of less than or equal to 10% in the past weeks based on Meta data

4. How do I join the preferred program?

• Visit the Preferred Landing Page and click the “join now” button, commission will be adjusted to Preferred upon joining the program.
