Dear Ma’am:

Good day!

Based on the interest of the student body in Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, this letter is a
proposal to organize a peer tutoring session, just once or twice a week with the time not exceeding 1
hour, for the freshmen students in the same program who in need to enhance their foundational
knowledge in mathematics. The main goal of this tutorial session is to provide an opportunity for the
freshmen BS Mathematics students particularly the non-STEM students to broaden their knowledge
of mathematics and to interact with other students who have a shared interest in mathematics.

In line with this, we would like to ask permission from your end to allow us to occupy any vacant
room as a place to be used for the upcoming tutorial sessions.

With the intent as mentioned above, we are asking for your full support regarding this matter. We
have always believed that, with you, this concern can be addressed with much consideration. Hence,
we are hoping for your utmost approval.
