BUILDING AND HOUSE TRAILER

1. DOCUMENTATION
- Material Certificate shall be issued by manufacture. All materials of
building shall comply with section 5.1 BP Specification number ARII-GS-269 for portable
storage building or section 5.3 BP Specification number ARII-GS-271 for electrical,
monitoring, and laboratory building.

- Manufacture data record shall be issued by manufacture according to the

material certificate and inspection and testing report.

- Certificate of conformance shall be issued by manufacture.

- Guarantee Letters shall be issued by vendor.

- Inspection and testing report shall be issued by manufacture which

comply with section 7 BP Specification number ARII-GS-269 for portable storage building or
section 14 BP Specification number ARII-GS-271 for electrical, monitoring, and laboratory
building.

- Catalogue and manual issued by manufacture.

- WPS/PQR issued by manufacture. Electrical, monitoring, and laboratory

building shall comply with section 5.4.1 BP Specification number ARII-GS-271 or BP
Specification number ARII-SS-102.

- Drawing issued by manufacture.

2. RECEIVING INSPECTION AND TESTING

- Packaging and Marking Inspection:
Packaging shall comply with section 3b and 3c of this appendix.

- Visual inspection:
The Inspection to make sure the appearance condition of material. Requirement for
electrical, monitoring, and laboratory building can be seen on section 14.2.1 BP Specification
number ARII-GS-271.

- Identification Check
Inspection based on material certificate.

- Dimensional Check
Inspection consist of building length .

- Painting or Coating Test

Examination shall comply with section 6 BP Specification number ARII-GS-269.

3. SHIPPING, PACKAGING, AND MARKING REQUIREMENT

a. Shipping Requirement

- Requirement for electrical, monitoring, and laboratory building shall

comply with section 15 BP Specification number ARII-GS-271.

b. Packaging Requirement

c. Marking Requirement

- Taging of electrical , monitoring, and laboratory building shall comply

with section 15.4 BP Specification number ARII-GS-271.
