This has reference to the above mentioned IOM under reference, requesting for engagement of
the manpower, through our approved manpower agency.

With regard to the above, an interview has been conducted by duly constituted selection
committee by the following members:

ii) A.K. Dubey, DGM
iii) M.C. Mandal, AGM

Following documents are attached herewith for your reference and further necessary action:

1. Recommendation of the selection committee (in the form of ‘Minutes’)
