M × N . To achieve single encrypted data stream (or ma- Φ1 Φ̃2 0
trix), data is encrypted using two M -dimensional random 0 Φ2 I
where 0 (zero matrix) and I (identity matrix) are the same
sizes as Φ1 and Φ2 . It should be noted that the duals can be
constructed if matrix A is non-singular. Since it is made up
of several randomly generated matrices the probability of A
being singular is extremely small [5]. It should be empha-
sized that the perfect reconstruction of original data from
the summed coefficients is only possible if the constraints
in (6)-(9) are satisfied.
