DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, SALVADOR C. ENCINA, Filipino of legal age, widower and a resident of Brgy.
59, Kalipayan Road, Sagkahan, Tacloban City. Hereinafter referred to as the vendor, for and in
consideration of the sum of a One Hundred thousand Pesos only (₱100,000.00) Philippine
Currency, in hand paid by MARIQUITA E. UYVICO, also a Filipino of legal age, married, and
a resident of Brgy. 59, Kalipayan Road, Sagkahan Tacloban City, hereinafter referred to as the
vendee, her heirs assigns, and successors, that certain parcel of Land and which is more
particularly described as follows:

“ A parcel of Land, located in Barangay Lawaan, Poblacion, Basey Samar, being a

portion of Lot – 739-A of CSD-08-008148-D; it is bounded on the north, by the remaining
portion of Lot-739-A; of CSD-08-008148-D; on the east by Lot-739-B; of CSD-08-008148-D;
on the south by Divisoria St. (6,00 meters Wide); and on the West by Lot. 4 of PSU-08-005468;
containing an area of Seventy Six (36.79) square meters, more or less; covered by Tax
declaration No. 876, with an assessed value at ₱ 26,360.00; the portion sold has a dimension of
3.50 meters wide along the Divisoria road, by 11.89 meters long;
