Check the Piping manifold of the Pump Set. Suction & discharge piping are

7.0 Check the Valves and Strainers are fitted and functioning properly
Check the Installation and Physical Functionality of Pressure Guage and

9.0 Ensure the Pump Piping System is Pressure Leak test.

Check the Pumps Cabling and Termination upto the Panel Cables, terminal
10.0 connections, trunking lines or conduits, cable trays are as per
approved materials and installation.

11.0 Ensure that the Pump Motor is earthed or bonded to earthing system.

12.0 Ensure all Pressure switch are installed and Wired Properly

13.0 Check the Identification and Labling

14.0 Ensure the Pump Control Panel is properly commissioned by the Supplier

15.0 Check the Electrical Testing is completed

16.0 Check operation of all panel indication lamps by simulating alarms

17.0 Check the Float valve/Level sensor in the tank for the operation properly

18.0 Ensure that the BMS Connection are done

19.0 Ensure all the Identification of the Pipe work is complete

Wiring Diagram of the Pump Control Panel shall be displayed inside or

outside of the Control Panel

Verify that each pump is free to rotate by hand. If pump is bound or drags,

do not operate until cause of trouble is determined and corrected.

Ensure that complete installation and start up checks is according to

27.0 Check cyclic change over of duty pump.

29.0 Check operation of remote indication to BMS.

30.0 Physical Check for Noise and Vibration.

31.0 Pump performance curve test
