• Android User

 Tap on the Play Store App & Search ‘Communiti’ App

 Click on install button

• iOS User

 Tap on the App Store & Search ‘Communiti’ App

 Click on download icon

Pre-registered member – Sign In Process

• Sign In to your ‘Communiti’ App


 Tap on the ‘Communiti’ App

 Enter your registered email or mobile number

 Enter the password, which has been shared with you and tap on ‘Sign In’

 Complete the OTP verification process, press on ‘Verify & Continue’


and get access to your App

• Change Your App Password

 Tap on the ‘My Account’ icon and then on ‘Change Password’

 Enter OTP & Password in the respective fields and tap on Submit

 Your Password will be updated

New member – Sign Up Process

 Select ‘Sign Up’ to register yourself on the App

 Enter all the required details and then tap on Sign Up button

 Authorize your mobile number through OTP verification and then tap
on Verify & Continue button

 Select your Complex, Tower, Flat, Ownership Type, Living Here,


Primary or Secondary Member and then tap on submit to complete
the registration process

 Your registration information will be sent to the Admin for approval

 Once approved, you will receive a notification about the same and
then you can start using the App

Refer your Family & Friends

 Tap anywhere on the banner of the Home page

 Select Contacts from your phone book, whom you would like to refer

 Tap on Submit button

 Message will be shared with the selected contact

 View the list of other projects offered by Kalpataru

 Tap on the project of your interest to view it’s details

 Tap on like button, if you find it interesting

 Tap on notification received to view the notice details

• Lodge complaint / suggestion / request related to your flat or
building
 Click on Helpdesk Tab
 Tap on Help Desk and then on '+' button
 Choose a relevant category , describe your issue
and Submit

• Quick Call to make calls for Important Services


 Tap on Quick Call option to view the contact details

 Tap on call icon to call the respective helpline


from the displayed list

• Click to Order & Click to Call to use online services and


services around your vicinity respectively
 Tap on Convenience, then tap on Click to Order to place
your order with online services

 Tap on Convenience, then tap on Click to Call

 By using dropdown of category & sub-category tab,


select the required option from the displayed list

 Tap on know more to view details of the store / establishment

 Tap on Call icon to connect to the desired store / establishment

Facility Booking & Scheduling

• Schedule and Book facilities on the move


 Tap on My Club > Name of the Facilities
 Tap on Book facilities & schedule your booking
 Make required selection and click on Proceed
 Receive instant booking confirmation

• Members can also View, Share or Cancel their


facility booking

Visitor Management (1/2) – Expected Visitor

• Schedule your important visitors


 Tap on Visitors and then tap on '+ ' button bottom right-hand
side of the page

 Add Visitors details and press 'Submit‘

• Member also receives real-time intimation when visitor arrives


 Once visitor arrives, the security will verify them
by sending OTP to their mobile number

 Once visitor enters the complex, you will receive


real-time intimation on your mobile

Visitor Management (2/2) – Unexpected Visitor

• Receive audio call for unexpected visitors


 Receive audio call whenever an unexpected visitor arrives at
the building main gate

 You will be able to listen to IVR on your mobile phone

• Approve or Reject Visitor from anywhere

 Approve or Reject your visitor by selecting the respective option

 Receive real time notification when member enters the complex
