CONCLUSION

The main objective of this design course is to enhance the skills over
the CAD/CAM software.In this tenure of training we had a handful
experience on design and analysis tools,
1. CATIA:-
a) Through CATIA we had learn about series of steps to design a
product in part model,sheet metal, etc.
b) For advancement in design techniques we also gone through
ENOVIA PLM.
c) Necessary drafting also done according to GD&T method.
2. ANSYS:-
a) After the design of a product we utilized ANSYS as a analysis
tool where we done static structural analysis for bars and
trusses,CFD Fluent,Thermal analysis for the models.
b) Through this tool it is easy to define the failure or breaking points
while applying different materials on models.
3. HYPERMESH:-
a) In this tool we design meshing on a product with tetrahedral
elements mostly.
b) For accurate analysis results appropriate meshing has to be done
in accurately.

Overall, through this training we learnt the every needful processes to

produce a useful product using the above tools.
