Feeling depressed

Feeling sad or having a depressed mood? Feeling worthless or guilty? Having thoughts of death or
suicide? Feeling empty and having a negative feelings? Feeling tired or having a lack of energy almost
everyday? Feeling restless or slowed down? And having lost or gained weight? If you feel this kind of
symptoms then you feel being depressed or rather than being a sign of depression.

As We all know that depression is growing problem in today's generation. It can be described in
many ways. Its main description is that, it is a serious mental disorder in which a person suffers long
period of sadness,loneliness and other negative feelings. It can lead to a variety of emotional and
physical problems and can decrease a person's ability to function at work, at school and at home.

Depression is not a disease that only influences males and females or children at the age three to
eleven. Every human being is prone to depression. Depression can affect people of any age. It can be
very serious because depression is worse than being dead. Those who experience depression usually feel
empty. They maybe smiling, laughing, joking, sad, angry and all but deep inside, they can't feel anything.
Literally numb. That is why the thought of "suicide" is appealing for them.

Depression is usually treated with medications and psychotherapy. They may help you to improve
the way your brain is uncontrolled and also it can improve the way you act. It can help you a lot to
overcome depression if you undergo these treatments.
