beauty of nature. Hue is also the culimary capital that attracting tourists. The food
in Hue is simple but it still beings for tourists many different feelings. Come to Hue,

 Bún bò Huế
If people come to Hue, tthey will unforgettable the flavor of bun bo
Hue – a specially of the Hue. A bowl of noodles with white noodles,
pieces of pig’s trotters,… will make unique impression about the
cuisine.
Hue style not only is the elegant, sophisticated, precise dishes but also
feel the spired of the processor. Coming to Hue, either morning or
aftermoon, walking along the small streets, people can find easily
“Bun bo Hue”.
 Bèo – Lọc
- Bánh Bèo (Bloating Fem – shaped cake) usually serves in small
bowls, with the nice flour, shrimp paste, fried onion and fish sauce.
The fish sauce for Banh beo is quite sweet and not so salted.
- Bánh bột lọc (rice dumpling cake): it is covered with banana leaf.
In each cake, there is a piece of shrimp and ground pork. The fish
sauce goes with “Banh bot loc” is different from “Banh beo”. It is
saltier, therefore, it is served in a very small plate. How to eat it ?
you peel the leaf, dip the cake with a sauce, then put it in your
month… yummy!!!!!!!
 Bánh Khoai
Khoai cake is a special fried cake only available in Hue ancient capital.
This dish is one of Hue tourist specialies that have a similar way from
the main ingredient is rice flour, shrimp and pork on the top, served
with saw vegetable and dipping sauce. New visitors to Hue for the
fisrt time just hearing this dish are already eager to enjoy
 Cơm hến, Bún hến
Mussel rice is available in many areas, but it is most delicious in Hue.
Hue mussel rice bowl of white rice, crispy fried pork und, fresh
vegetables cud the rich taste of Hue shrimp paste.

Cung Dinh ”. since the time of Nguyen Dynasty, “Che Cung Dinh” is an
indispensadles dessert Cung Dinh Hue is still very famous and attracts
customers everytime they visit the ancient capital
