    On September 5, 2016 at around 1920H, the third floor pantry area of the GTIT Building was alarmed due to smoke from overcooked bread in the microwave oven. Security Guard Joseph Cordova Jr. had turned on the microwave to heat bread and left the area without remaining to monitor it. A few minutes later, the bread produced smoke that triggered the building alarm system and spread smoke throughout the building. Building maintenance was able to manage the alarm after a few minutes.

    Sir,

    On or about 1920H more or less, September 05, 2016 the GTIT-Building Third floor at
    the pantry area was alarmed cause of Bread was being overcooked in the microwave oven.

    At around 1916H more or less, our Security Guard Joseph Cordova Jr. went to Third floor pantry
    area to heat the bread by using the microwave oven. Then he turned on the microwave by
    switching from zero to four minutes. After he turned on the microwave, he left from the pantry
    area then he proceeds to comfort room for personal necessities.

    A few minutes 1920H more or less, the pantry area was alarmed for the reason of bread heated
    by the security guard stated and it produced smoked then spread out of the Building, the alarmed
    was connected to every floors of the building. After few minutes the alarmed was managed by
    the Building maintenance.
