PRODUCT: CORNDOG

Since our group wants to sell a unique and new product to our
costumers, we decided to sell corndog. Corndog is a hotdog on a stick
usually coated in a cornmeal batter but we used pancake batter and deep
fried. It is easy to make because one person can make it all by herself or
himself. It is cooked in just a few minutes. In cooking corndog, we used
thin sized 22 pieces of hotdog, 250-gram pancake mix, 1 egg, 2 bottles of
cooking oil, ½ cup of water, and some barbeque stick. We first cut the
hotdogs into 3 equal size and then, slightly cook to. Make sure to drain all
the excess all form the hotdog. Combine the 250-gram pancake mix, 1
egg, 2 table spoons of cooking oil and 1 1/2 cup of water. Then, mix well.
Pour the cooking oil to a pan to warm it up. Gently coat the sliced hotdogs
in the pancake batter. Set it into a low heat to make sure the coat will be
cooked. Then, fry. Wait until the product is cooked. Strain the excess oil.
Add the the half of the barbeque stick to the finished product. We placed
it on a large container and brought it to school.
