Investigation the effect of ink vapor on defect to the digital printing's machine parts

During the use of digital printing machine ( Creadigit-E ) we had found some deffect parts on the machine
The deffect are :
● some parts of encoder cable had peeled off
● material of electrical connector turn out to be very brittle, one of them is ethernet cable
● Air Conditioning unit on the cabin room has been replaced in several times due to damage
(on evaporator)

So far we suspect the main cause of the deffect/damage comes from ink vapor, but we are doing to study and
collect the data to make sure that its the root of problem
