CONCLUSION

On-the-job training experience really gives the students like us the opportunity to prepare and

expose themselves to their chosen career path. This great experience helped us to give our best

in every task that was given each week. It helped us measure our patience, respect and our

confidence as a trainee. It also helped us develop our communication skills especially to the

people having position in any offices.

Moreover, this training period helped us practiced applying the lessons we have learned from

the years of formal education and discover that there are still a lot more to learn from the

actual working field.

RECOMMENDATION

To our fellow students who would take the next step in pursuing their dreams, we recommend

you to boost your confidence and capabilities in learning new things, and experience the real

job as a future engineer. Do not limit yourselves by working alone, instead be open and gather

ideas that would help you with your work. Be willing to learn and at the same time restpectful

with your fellow interns and trainors.
