PG: A STUDY ON COST EFFECTIVENESS AT HI-TECH ARAI LTD IN

MADURAI
The present project is intended to determine the industry practice in cost
effectiveness and to evaluate management performance in this regard. The importance of the
project is emphasized by the fact manner of administration of cost effectiveness to a very
large extent affects the success or failure of overall operations of the industry. The proper
management of cost effectiveness is crucial importance for the success of the same. Cost
minimization can obtain through proper utilization of the resources. Proper utilization is
effective & efficient utilization of the company’s investment, material, labour and overhead
expenses.
Ratio analysis like (EPS,labour cost,..etc) used to analyze the company’s cost
effectiveness. Finally looking to the conclusions, suggestions are made for improvement. So
cost effectiveness analysis is helping the management to attain objective.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Processing telephone, fax, and emailed subscriptions, redemptions, transfer and

switches for onshore and offshore funds.
 Maintaining shareholder register and investor files.
 Ensuring compliance with Anti-money laundering procedures.
 Processing paper work for trades and related activity.
