HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS

1. LOCAL

 Failure to ensure maternity leave for working mothers (protection of and

assistance to the family)-Maternity leave benefits everyone, but it
especially helps low-income workers. The current demographic who is
able to take time off when they have a child is typically wealthier.

The government should ensure the people especially the ones affected by this certain
negligence that not only the health of a mother is at stake but also the life of the
child growing inside of her. It is not easy to actually carry a child and still work
at the same time without feeling exhausted. They should always check if it was properly
proclaimed in every aspects of works that there should be a maternity leave for the mother
to recover and return safely at work.

 Failure to ensure a minimum wage sufficient for a decent living (rights at

work)-The purpose of minimum wage laws is to stop employers from exploiting
desperate workers. The minimum wage should provide enough income to afford a
living wage. ... In other words, if someone were trying to support a family by
making minimum wage, they would qualify for federal poverty assistance.

2. INTERNATIONAL

 Discriminated because of a certain race- Discriminating a person on

his/her rights just because of being different.

No one concerned about equality can deny that we live in a racist and sexist society.
Unfortunately, substantive ideas of what we are to do about it are in short supply from
American liberals. The type of anti-racism that could materially improve lives, in other
words, has always flowed through economic struggles. There should be a legal action
against this claim and stop discriminating because of a certain race.

 Face unfair trials in at least 54 countries- removing the rights

of a person to live and be free.
The right to live and the right to be heard. There should be a legal action
against this problem because many people are facing this unfair trials
every single day without having the rights to be heard.
