Pursuant to kind Government approval, the following modifications

are made in the Vacant Post List as referred to in the Notice for Counselling
bearing No. 8693 dtd. 9.11.2017 and published in the website of Health &
Family Welfare Department i.e. health.odisha.gov.in and Director, AYUSH
website i.e. www.ayushodisha.nic.in.

1. ‘GAD, Chungimati’ under Sundargarh District mentioned at Sl No. 47 be

read as ‘GAD, Bandhabhuin’ under Sundargarh District.
2. ‘GAD, Gengutia’ under Dhenkanal District mentioned at Sl No. 12 be
read as ‘GAD, Mahabiraroad’ under Dhenkanal District.
3. ‘GAD, Parasala’ under Keonjhar District mentioned at Sl No. 24 be read
as ‘GAD, Padua’ under Keonjhar District.
4. ‘GAD, Basiapada’ under Sambalpur District mentioned at Sl No. 44 be
read as ‘GAD, Garposh’ under Sambalpur District.
