An exclusive employment
contract is mandatory for an
employee to obtain a certificate

A certificate will be issued
to you if you meet the following
conditions: having passed
the examination, having paid
the certificate issue duties, and
having submitted the information
required under the Regulation,
such as the information
concerning the travel agent
that you are bound to. If you
are no longer bound to a travel
agency, your certificate will be
suspended. It will become valid
again if you re-establish such
a bond within two years.
