III. LOCATION

The place where "Ang Taho ni Pilimon sa PLMun" will be residing will be in the
Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa- Canteen where there is a vast number of competitors
because it caters to different kinds of consumers: students, teachers, staff, and much more. Since
it will be in a school, the security of the stall will be ensured. It will be also a big hit because of
our dear students, teachers, staff and even the guests and outsiders.

"Ang Taho ni Pilimon sa PLMun" is a business that is a partnership between 6 individuals


who has a vision of offering freshly made and delicious taho that will appeal to anyone's taste
buds, as well as other alternatives products for a healthier eating.

"Ang Taho ni Pilimon sa PLMun" mission to its customers aims to provide customers a
healthy, eco-friendly and affordable product for the consumers to live a better life but also to
enjoy the taste of every Filipino pride which is the Taho. "Ang Taho ni Pilimon sa PLMun" also
aims to dedicate environmental operation to foster a sustainable future that leads to
improvements and betterment of the society. Finally, it also aims to produce a healthy
relationship with its partners and provide greater opportunities for the growth of its employees,
business, and community.

V. TYPE OF BUSINESS ORGANIZATION

The proposed business is a partnership. This partnership conforms to the Civil Code of
the Philippines which is defined as “same as an organization with two or more persons bind
themselves to contribute money, property or industry to a common fund with the intention of
dividing the profit among them is the proponents will establish a general partnership.

In our business, we appointed seven (7) managers. Since all of us own the business,
the only task done was to disseminate the job and responsibilities according to what
kind of management one falls under. In appointing the managers, we thought of and
went through an evaluation of knowledge regarding the job. We appointed a manager
for marketing work, production work, operation work, planning work, financial work
and also for leading the team. On the other hand, aside from the managers, we also
appointed the staff for the business. Moreover, we appoint high qualified employees
under our company. The managers will help hand in hand in order to minimize the
pressure and conflicts within the business.

GENERAL MANAGERS

Jarence Garrate the General Manager of “Ang Taho ni Pilimon sa PLMun”, is selected by the
owners of the business (the members themselves). The General Manager is the one who will
oversee all administrative functions in the business. His responsibilities are to direct the
employees and delegate administrative tasks like accounting, paperwork, and payrolls.

OPERATIONAL MANAGER

Valerie Sarigumba is the Operational Manager “Ang Taho ni Pilimon sa PLMun”. She is
designated to manage the production of goods and the provision of services. She must make sure
that the organization runs effectively. She is responsible for engaging and ensuring that the
interaction with the other managers, team, and members works well.

MARKETING MANAGER

John Rendell Salcedo and Tristan Kenneth Patino are the Marketing Managers of “Ang Taho ni
Pilimon sa PLMun”. They will be functions as the person in-charge of the promotional tasks
related to the business. There are also responsible for the production of advertisements. Any
internal or external conflicts and damages regarding the company will be upon the supervision
and control of the Marketing Manager.

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Julienne Rose L. Olaybar is the Production Manager of “Ang Taho ni Pilimon sa PLMun”. She is
responsible for planning and managing the coordination and control of the manufacturing
processes occurring within the business.

FINANCIAL MANAGER

Angel R. Vesuna is the Financial Manager of “Ang Taho ni Pilimon sa PLMun”. He functions as
the individual who will organize and manage financial reports, investment activities, monetary
plans and strategies for long-term financial goals.

HEAD OF THE STAFF

Juan Miguel Manalili is the head of the staff of “Ang Taho ni Pilimon sa PLMun”. He will be the
head to hire the business’s staff that can help to outgrow the business. Aside from that, he must
ensure that the staff can perform the mission, vision, goals, objectives and the expectations of the
organization.

VII. STATEMENT OF FINANCING (shares)

Each member that belongs to the partnership "Ang Taho ni Pilimon sa PLMun" will contribute a
minimum of 1000 pesos per member. An amount of 600 pesos (per person) will serve as funds
for the capital of the business. This includes the ingredients of the main product which is the
taho, as well as the packaging and garnish of each product. On the other hand, the remaining 400
pesos (per person) will be dedicated to the advertising of the business and its products wherein
print media, labor (of the advertising staff) and other resources are included.

VIII. NATURE OF BUSINESS

"Ang Taho ni Pilimon sa PLMun" is a food stall which creates freshly made taho as its main
product. It is not just any ordinary taho but it is healthy, affordable and delicious. Furthermore,
this delicious food consists of balatong (Softened tofu), arnibal (Caramelized sugar with vanilla)
and sago (pearl tapioca). The combination of these ingredients would want you asking for more.

Eating taho has a lot of health benefits. It is rich in protein that will help you decrease your
cholesterol intake. According to a recent study, it can also help prevent heart disease. There is
also a link between soy consumption and cancer prevention. Soy consumption can prevent the
formation of tumors that causes cancer and related diseases. It can also prevent prostate cancer in
males. The Soybeans itself as our main ingredient has a nutrients that is really healthy; it is high
in fiber, high in protein, low in saturated fat, A cholesterol free, lactose free, a good source of
omega-3 fatty acids, a source of antioxidants and high in phytoestrogens.
