    As the incumbent Treasurer-in-Trust for Parexdavco (Philippines), Inc., (the


    “Corporation”) to which Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) has
    opened Treasurer in Trust Account No. PH HSBC 000-630921 under the
    name GERODIAS TITF PAREXDAVCO, I respectfully request for the conversion of the
    said account into a savings/current account in the name of the Corporation.
