Dear Sir/Madam:

The Council of Student Chapters (CSC), the national student arm of the Institute of Integrated
Electrical Engineers of the Philippines Inc., (IIEE) is now on its 15th IIEE-CSC Regional Student
Conference which will be held on September 26-28, 2019 at KCC Convention Center, General
Santos City, Mindanao State University- Gensan, and Notre Dame of Dadiangas University. The
highlights of the event are Technical Seminars, 19th Regional Math Wizard, and 33rd Regional
Quiz Show with at least 600 participants.
The said conference is amounting Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos (P85.00) for the registration, food, T-
shirt, ID, and memo pad.
Having acknowledged the concepts of expenses and the corresponding resources available, I
could not help but solicit from generous hands and offices which are also concerned with the
student’s welfare. In connection with this, I humbly ask for your heartfelt monetary support for the
said student activity.

I am so thankful for whatsoever assistance you can extend. Rest assured it will be utilized for the
official purpose with all honesty and integrity. I appreciate your consideration of my request. May
