used for Muscle Performance
Using Padlet you must research,
identify and list best exercises
using specific equipment to
enhance muscle performance.
You must list 3 exercises using
equipment provided in each
column for each muscle group
on the padlet wall.
4). Upper Body Muscle
Vocabulary Assignment
Using Google Classroom,
Google Docs and Google search
engine. Research, Know how to
enhance performance , know the
main function, Define and use in
complete sentences.
7). Write a 2 page paper
Using Google search engine you
must research an article and
summarize the article. The
article must be regarding the
Muscular System or a Major
Muscle group. Research the
muscle or muscle group or
muscular system. Be sure to cite
your sources.
2). Lower Body Muscle
Vocabulary Assignment
Using Google Classroom,
Google Docs and Google search
engine. Research, Know how to
enhance performance , know the
main function, Define and use in
complete sentences.
*5). Muscle Identification Test
Must complete Test on Google
Classroom using Google Forms
(Quiz) and Pass with 70% to
display mastery of the unit.
8). Kahoot Muscle ID Game
Using Kahoot you must display
mastery by getting 1 of the Top
3 scores while playing the trivia
game on Kahoot.
3). Muscular System Edpuzzle
Using Edpuzzle you must watch the
video and answer the questions
step by step. In order to complete
you must get a minimum score of
70% on the Edpuzzle activity.
6). Label the Muscles
Using Google Classroom and
Google Slides finish labeling
assignment. Identify and Label each
major muscle group.
9). Piktochart Poster
Using Piktochart make a Poster,
Flyer, Newspaper Front Page or
Magazine Front Page promoting
The Muscular System. You must
advertise the Muscular System and
how to enhance performance with
fitness and health.
