Subject: Land Lease Proposal Letter

Sir:

I, Arceli Castro, am writing this letter to you in order to express interest in your vacant lot
property in Bolabog, Balabag, Malay, Aklan. I have been researching about this land property
for a while now and propose to lease for a time period of 10 years. I hope you will consider my
proposal and allow me to lease this land.

I am a resident of Bolabog, Balabag, Malay, Aklan for the past 30 years together with my family.
I am currently working as an Administrative Assistant in Valhalla Bar & Restaurant located at
DMall Boracay. I am planning to open a snack haus / grocery store in the 1 st floor and my
stockroom at the 2nd floor with a floor area of 50 to 70 square meters. If you approve, we can
discuss the other terms and conditions in detail or organize a formal meeting.

I can assure you that I am a good tenant, who pays rent on time and abides by the LANDLORD’S
regulations.
