    I hope you are very well, I am writing to inform you that I have finished the research
    was very difficult but it is ready, but I still have not finished writing the report, only half
    report has been written do not worry about this the report will be finalized for 16th

    Dear all,
    I hope you are very well, I am writing to you because I was wondering if could you give
    me 3 weeks of vacation at the end of the following month?, I know that the department is
    currently going through a very busy time but as you know these last months I have I made
    a lot of effort with my work, I have also worked overtime and I have been the employee
    of the month several times and I would really appreciate if you would give me this well
    deserved vacation, I propose that if you give me the holidays at the end of the next month,
    I will work more overtime I could also work on Saturdays. Please let me know if my
    application is approved, I am looking forward to your response.
