MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:

This agreement is made and entered into this 15 th day of October, 2019 at
Taft, Eastern Samar, and between:

The TESDA Samar National School of Arts and Trade (SNSAT) a Government
Agency/Institution (represented by Wenifreda Q. Hobayan, Ph. D the Acting
Vocational School Administrator) with postal address at Taft, Eastern Samar referred
as the School.

and

IT Works represented by the Manager ROSE MARY R. LACRO with office


address at Tacloban, Leyte referred as the establishment.

WITHNESSETH

WHEREAS, the TESDA-SNASAT is a TESDA supervised School mandated to


offer Short-term programs in various trade areas particularly coursing/servicing in
the Tacloban, Leyte.

WHEREAS, TESDA-SNSAT requires all graduates to undergo immersion in


order to enhance their skills in established firms related to the course/program
he/she earned;

WHEREAS, the Harry’s Computer Repair Shop as a private and recognized


establishment is equipped with the appropriate environment conducive for the
enhancement of the skills in computer.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the


parties herein agree to undertaken following:

TESDA-SNSAT shall:

1. Train the candidates or trainees in Computer Systems Servicing;


2. Send trainees for immersion to appropriate establishment;
3. Recommend and endorse graduates in the establishment for possible
employment;
4. Ensure that graduates who are deployed will follow/abide with the
rules & regulations of the establishment;

Harry’s Computer Repair Shop shall:

1. Accept graduates in the vocational schools for Industry immersion program;


2. Immerse the trainee to the different equipment in the establishment.
3. Ensure that the trainee is encouraged to develop his/her potential/ skill and
that he/ she is protected from physical and moral damage.
4. Pay the trainees daily allowances or its equivalent.
5. Employ graduates in the company if our graduate meets the qualifying
requirements set by the establishment.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, the parties hereunto set their hands this


Memorandum of Agreement this 15th day of October 2019 at Taft, Eastern Samar.
