SPECIFICATION OF WORKS

 Column Pillars 24” x 8” / 24” x 24” / 12”x6” as per architects design and suggestions.
 All RCC Columns interlocked at GF. Concealed beams in living, dining and bedrooms, Roof
slab 6”/5” thick, PCC(plain cement concrete) 1:2:4 for plinth concrete, PCC 1:2:4 for RCC
Column footing, columns, lintels cut , beams, Chejjas and staircase. Chejjas on all windows.
 ROOF height 8’6” inclusive of slab for all GROUND FLOOR
 ROOF height 10’0” for all FIRST, SECOND ,Third , Fourth , Fifth FLOOR.

PAINTING & POLISHING

 Walls and ceiling Inside Acrylic Plastic emulsion (Asian paint) over 1 coat primer and full
double coat Birla Putty.
 Walls external ACE PLASTIC EMULSION EXTERNAL PAINT (Asian paint) 2 coats over
base coat of primer .
 Window grill & Stairs railing PAINTING. One coat Red oxide Primer and two coats of
enamel paint for Windows grill
