E-commerce Task List

Daily task :
- Check annual forecast and see the possibility to yield up/down
- Check amount on booking received
- Check OTA rates including metasearch engine to ensure rates parity
- Do rates intelligence to competitor
- Update BAR calendar if the rates (BAR) change

Weekly task :
- Weekly intelligence (pick up) every Monday
- Biweekly report (every 2 weeks)
- AGP consolidation report
- Do competitor check for 3 months on the book occupancy and ADR (can be every 2 weeks)
- Check slot campaign on OTA

Monthly task :
- Do competitor closing occupancy and ADR for monthly report by 7 every month
- Ecommerce monthly report should be done by 7 every month and complete monthly report will be send by
the latest 10 every month
- Contact account manager each OTA to get an update and request for DOTD slot
- Meeting with OTA partner (if needed)
- Check with accounting property for the commission each OTA and ensure the commission is paid
- Send reservation details to accounting property for their back up to pay the commission

Special task :
- Check B2B rates and promotion loaded on B2B extranet
