Our weather forecast for today from PAGASA, issued at 4:00pm, November 03, 2019

PAGASA said that there is a trough of Low Pressure Area affecting Central and Southern Luzon,
particularly in Zambales, Bataan, Palawan, Mindoro Provinces, Aklan and Antique. The weather
condition there is cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms, caused by
Trough of LPA or Low pressure area. Impacts in these areas are possible flash floods or
landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon, particularly in Ilocos Region,

Cordillera Administrative Region and Cagayan Valley. The weather condition in these areas is
cloudy skies with light rains.

In Metro Manila and the rest of the country, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated
rainshowers caused by localized thunderstorms. The impacts in these areas are possible
isolated flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Now, here is the Forecast Wind and Coastal Water Condition.

In Northern Luzon, the speed of the wind is moderate to strong, moving northeast. And the
coastal water is moderate to rough. The wave length is from 1.2 to 4 meters high.

In Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao, the speed of the wind is light to moderate moving
Southwest to Southeast. The coastal water is slight to Moderate. The wave length is from 0.6 to
2.1 meters high.

And the rest of the country, the wind is light to moderate, moving east to southeast. The
coastal water is slight to moderate and wave is from 0.6 to 2.1 meters high.

The temperature extremes today from maximum temperature at 32.8 degree Celsius to
minimum temperature at 24.6 degree Celsius.
