Day 01 (Oct. 21, 2019)

It's my first time attending immersion to have experience what we expect in


entering jobs. In our first day everyone excited and nervous at the same time.
Immersion teaches as what we need to do before, during, and after applying jobs.
They discuss business they have in their company. Our facilitator teaches us what
are the reality when we are entering a job. They introduce to us the company ,also
about the partnership in different corporation. They tell us what we need to do after
orientation and do a hands - on or we are a sign in different workplace/production.
At the end of the day, I didn't just learn but to realize what a reality of life is.
Day 02 (Oct. 22, 2019)

As always we start our day with prayer to ready our self in the rest of the day. Effort
to wake up every morning to be able to attend our immersion. Every end of the topic
there's a quiz, so that we will catch up in the lesson. The facilitator familiarize the
topic to us so that we can adopt that in jobs we wanted. Dealing with the morning
class immersion is hard, but its harder when I don’t have any idea about the things I
needed sooner when I apply jobs I'm interested in. Learning something that we need
to invest for the future so that we will be able to recognize or familiarize the things
we don't know.
Day 03 (Oct. 23, 2019)

Last day of orientation in immersion before the hands on where we are assigned in
different sectors. Everyone looks sleepy, some are don't have enough sleep, but still
manage to attend our immersion. Before we start the orientation , one of my
classmates lead the prayer before we start a long day in immersion , and there's a lot
discuss about. The classes gets boring or sometimes its fun because we are interested
in the topic, even attentive or energetic. We ready are self to upcoming hands on.
Immersion teaches us the services, corporation, manufacturing about the company,
also the ethics and values inside the work place. We must do those to be able to pass
the immersion.
Day 04 (Oct. 26, 2019)

Its our first day to conduct Hands on after orientation. Everyone are busy in assigned
departments. I am assigned to be Health and Safety Department staff where we are
able to control and guide are co immersion learners. Being a health and safety
department staff is not easy because some of the things are kept confidential. We’ve
done a lot today including perform daily computer monitoring, prepare
memorandum about natural disasters such as earthquake and fire, conduct surprise
safety inspection, and check all the computers and AVR if properly shutdown. We
try the best we can to have a good service.
Day 05 (Oct. 28, 2019)

As a leader of Health and Safety Department staff its my duty to command and
control under my department. My staffs and I doing our best to discipline the
immersion learners. First day in hands on, I called a emergency meeting to health
and safety to discuss what to do in the rest of the day, and for them to know what
activities we need to finish. We perform daily computer monitoring, prepare a
memorandum for first aid kit orientation, announcement about the memorandum of
vandalism, waste segregation, and unsafe acts. Also, we conduct a short orientation
for the safety of every employees regarding the natural disasters such as earthquake
and fire, Daily inventory of first aid kit and fire extinguisher, checking of chairs and
tables, we organized the support and production group in the locker room to have a
proper control to everyone.
Day 06 (Oct. 29, 2019)

Its our sixth day of hands on in immersion, before we start the task , we need to have
a short meeting to have a proper or organize flow of our activities. Every staff has
an assigned work to do some are preparing memorandum for the proper use of spine
boards, checking of proper waste segregation, preparation of memorandum for
proper use of wheelchair and bandaging orientation, daily inventory of first aid kit
and fire extinguisher, checking of vicinity if free from vandalism. Every start and
end of the day we need to organize every immersion learners to locker room to avoid
crowded and unnecessary noise in workplace.
Day 07 (Oct. 30, 2019)

As a leader of Health and Safety Department staff I have to maintain the things what
health and safety should be. Daily routine, checking unsafe conditions inside and
outside working areas, conduct an orientation for proper use of wheelchair and
proper bandaging/knot tying, daily inventory of first aid kit and fire extinguisher,
and also a surprise inspection in both support and production group to have a
discipline to anyone who are not following the rules and regulations. Every start and
end of the day we are needed to control every immersion learners to locker room to
be able to control and organize them to avoid crowded and noise inside the work
place.
