Terms and Conditions:

• Our service charges and terms and conditions are as given below.

• For Middle Level /Junior/ Entry Level placements it is 8.33% of the Annual cost to the
company + taxes.

• For senior Level placements it is 12.5% of the Annual cost to the company + tax.

• The bill for our service will be forwarded and the same is to be settled within 15 days of the
candidate joining the organization.

• If a candidate referred by the consultant leaves the company within 90 Days the consultant
will provide free replacement, on request without any extra fee. Company has to report to
consultant through email exit of the employee within 3 working days from the date of employee
leaving the company to avail benefit under this clause.
• The Company shall communicate through email to the Consultant about any candidate
offered / selected and also CTC details within 3 working days from the date of candidate offered
/ selected.
