TASK 2: Merged App:

Dear [Client Name]:

Beginning on October 28th, we will begin the rollout of our exciting new app, IBKR
Mobile. IBKR Mobile combines the features of our IB Key and IB TWS apps into a
simplified portal that supports secure login, trading, and the ability to manage and
authenticate your IB Debit MasterCard transactions.

Authentication in one place

1) IB Key functionality is being incorporated into the IBKR Mobile. You will be
able to use the same 2-factor authentication in the more robust IBKR Mobile,
eliminating the need to switch between apps.
2) Clients with non-IB Key 2-factor tokens, such as a code lookup card or digital
security card) will be able to register IBKR Mobile as the 2nd token.

Easy Migration to new app:

1) A new screen will appear when upon opening IB Key or IB TWS. When you see this
screen, please take a moment and tap “Register Two-Factor.” Then:
a. If you have IB Key enabled on your device, simply tap :Migrate
Automatically” to merge your security data and account login credentials
into the new IBKR Mobile app.
b. If you use an IB Security code lookup card or digital security card token
generation device, follow the onscreen instructions register and enable your
device to replace your card with the new all-in-one secured IBKR Mobile app.
2) Once you have migrated onto IBKR, you will no longer need your card or IB Key app.
You can securely manage all aspects of your IB account in the IBKR Mobile App.
