Reflection Paper #2

Taking the subject, Advance Educational Technology was quit challenging especially in
complying the final requirement. Though it takes time to do it but the learning was worth and
fun. Over all, the subject for me personally was very informative. It helps me a lot and opened
my creativeness in doing presentation. However, amidst of the good benefits that the student can
get, there are things that need to be considered. Like the availability of the resources and the
need of skills to do the presentation.
On the other hand, as I considered my topic the “Media Technology” I realized the
advantages in our time to have the technology especially for the advantage of imparting
knowledge in educating the student. Media Technology helps to make the presentation easier and
more fun because the approach was new and it can catch up the attention of the student.
Moreover, there are important things that must be considered in using the media
technology. First, without properly using the technology for the benefits of education it will harm
the student. Second, amidst of the fact that there are advantages in using technology for
education, we cannot deny that disadvantages may occur by not properly educating the student as
well. Third, technology was harmful to all due to the reality that pollution arise and there are no
rooms for restoring or recycling the technology. Lastly, it is also harmful to the person when it is
not properly used.
All in all, Advance Educational Technology gives me information of how blessed we are
because with regards to education of imparting and presenting the knowledge and information
will become easy and more fun.
