Budget:

A budget is a plan operations and resources of a company, which is formulated to

achieve in a certain period the proposed objectives and is expressed in monetary
terms.
In other words, making a budget is simply sitting down to plan what you want to do
in the future and express it in money. An example is travel. One gets to plan,
among other things, how much you have to spend on tickets or gasoline, meals
and lodging. And since you've seen all that, then you'll know how much you need
to save and, therefore, when you can go.

Expenses:
It is the action of spending (use the money in something, deteriorate with the use).
In an economic sense, it is known as spending to the amount that is spent or has
been spent. Spending is a useful concept for families, businesses or the
government.

Production:
In the field of economics, production is defined as the creation and processing of
goods and merchandise. The process covers conception, processing and
financing, among other stages. Production is one of the most important economic
processes and is the means through which human work generates wealth.

Cost effectiveness:
It is a condition of what is profitable: that is, that generates income (profit, profit,
profit or benefit). Financial, on the other hand, is what is associated with finance
(linked to funds or money).
