DIRECTORS’ CERTIFICATE

(AMENDMENT OF THE ARTICLES)

We, the undersigned members of the Board of Directors and the Corporate Secretary,
do hereby certify that the Articles of Incorporation of ASSOCIATION OF FAITH
CHURCHES AND MINISTERS – PHILIPPINES INC. was amended by an affirmative
vote of the members representing at least two-thirds of the outstanding capital stock at a
meeting held for that purpose at Beersheba House Room Rental Inc., Baguio City, Benguet
on November 2, 2019.

The amended provisions of the Articles shortened its corporate term. The term for the
association to exist for Fifty (50) years was shortened to four (4) years and five (5) months
from and after the date of issuance of the certificate of incorporation (Article IV).

The amendment was likewise approved by majority of the Directors at a meeting held
at Beersheba House Room Rental Inc., Baguio City, Benguet.
