    The last session, we discussed more about communication and the reporter also includes an
    activity of which the result may determine what kind of communication style you have. As she describe
    the four communication styles the Closed Style which has low disclosure and low feedback, the Blind
    Style which has high disclosure but low feedback, the Hidden Style which has low disclosure but high
    feedback, and the last is the Open Style which has high disclosure and high feedback. In the activity, I
    am a bit surprised of the result because it shows that my dominant style is the blind style which is
    sometimes personally true because when I give instructions it is always sufficient for them so that
    there will be less questions and clarifications because sometimes it always irritates me or should I say
    most of us even though we gave all the instructions or information. But the result doesn’t always
    define our style because in reality my style is the hidden style which I talk less but I listen more
    especially in the workplace. Even though you are dominant in a particular style, if you are flexible you
    can apply all those communication types depending on the situation you are in.
