GUIDE TO REACH MNIT JAIPUR

MNIT Jaipur is situated at Malaviya Nagar, Jawahar Lal Nehru Marg (JLN Marg), in
front of Redfox Hotel/Saras Dairy in South Jaipur. The institute campus is well connected
to the major city centers.

1. TRAIN
•   Nearest railway station: Gandhinagar Jaipur (Delhi – Ajmer Shatabdi also stops at
this station). At a distance of ~2 km from MNIT Jaipur Main Gate. Auto fare
from Gandhinagar Jaipur railway station to MNIT campus is around Rs. 50-60/-.
•   Jaipur Junction (Main railway station) is ~9 km from MNIT Jaipur Main Gate.
Auto fare is around Rs. 130-150/-. City Bus also operate on this route.

2. BUS
•   Nearest bus stop: Durgapura (Tonk Road) ~2 km. Auto fare from Durgapura bus
stop to MNIT campus is around Rs. 50-60/-.
•   Main Bus station (Sindhi Camp) is ~9 km from MNIT Jaipur Main Gate. Auto
fare is around Rs. 130-150/-

3. AIRPORT
•   Airport is ~4.5 km and auto/taxi/cab are available to MNIT campus.

4. At all places, taxi/ autorickshaw/ cab are available for hiring. There are prepaid taxi
counters both non‐a.c. and app based taxis may be booked.

5. CLIMATE
As per weather forecast, Jaipur will be quite cold during mid December 2017; typically
25‐28°C (Max) and 8‐10°C (Min) with clear sky and little wind.

All accommodation should be ensured prior to planning for travel, as it is busy tourist
season in Jaipur.
