Sub: Approval for travel by Air for Leadership Centre Session in Noida.

1. Background:
1.1 FDO has to go to Noida for one day for leadership centre examination on 21.10.2013
1.2 There is no availability of seat/berth in the train to New Delhi.
1.3 Attached are the screen shots of Indian Railway site showing unavailability of seat/berth
for New Delhi
1.4 As such approval is being sought for travel of FKO II SA to New Delhi by air on 20.10.2012
(New Delhi) .
1.5 Return ticket is available by train – by Duronto Express. As such approval is being sought
for one way journey only.

2. Proposal and Justification:

2.1 The proposal is for approval of travel of to New Delhi by air on 20.10.2013.
2.2 The train tickets could not be availed due to festive and marriage season.

3. Approval:
3.1 1 is requested to accord approval to travel of to New Delhi by air on 20.10.2013 for low
cost airline.
