VIII). Training Rationale:

Interested participants of the said adopted Barangay from the City of San Fernando, La
Union will learn the basic skills in Electrical Wiring Installation to enable them to install and troubleshoot
electrical consuming devices and household gadgets. The ability to install electrical wiring will give participants
the chance to learn the basic and harness their skills.

IX). Training Objectives:

General: This training aims to equip the trainees with knowledge and skills in electrical
wiring. This can also mean a training ground for advanced electrical wiring installation.

Specific: At the end of the training, the participants should be able to:

1. Identify and give the uses of various tools and protective devices in electrical wiring.
2. Identify the different methods and materials and its function.
3. Observe safety precautions in performing electrical wiring installation; and
4. Perform various basic electrical wiring exercises.
X). Methodology: Lecture aided with OHP/LCD, Hands-on Skills Training

XI). Training Materials: Electrical Wiring Installation lecture, Wiring Methods and materials.
Whiteboard pen and eraser.

XII). Schedule of Activities:


The training composes of one (1) session at eight (8) hours on
November 12, 2018. The chart below shows the distribution of the learning
content activities. (See separate sheet for the activities).
