 District supervisor will review the possibility to grant the leave based on ongoing works at the
ULB
 After District supervisor’s consensus; final approval will be made by Project Head / Project
Manager
 In case of District supervisors; leave application should be forward to Project Head / Project
Manager for approval purpose
 The above mentioned is for the general leave procedure. For any others; PTC HR procedures
will prevail
