ANNEXURE 2 - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Price Terms: The offered prices are on Ex-Works Warehouses basis and valid for an undivided order and valid only for this BOQ.
2. Payment: As per approved payment terms.
3. Delivery : 12-14 weeks after order confirmation
4. Warranty: The above Equipment/ system is warranted to be free from defects in material against any manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal use and service, for 12
months from the date of Commisioning or 18 months from the date of supply, whichever comes earlier.
5. Exclusions : Any Accessories not mentioned in the offer or BOQ.
6. Taxes : • All payments to be made under this Agreement shall be made in cleared funds, without any deduction or set-off and free and clear of and without deduction for or on account of
any taxes, levies, imports, duties, charges, fees and withholdings of any nature now or hereafter imposed by any governmental, fiscal or other authority save as required by law. If a Party to
this Agreement is compelled to make any such deduction, it will pay to the receiving Party such additional amounts as are necessary to ensure receipt by the receiving Party of the full amount
which that party would have received but for the deduction.
