0 METHODOLOGY
The methodology is way or method to analysis of the principles or procedures of inquiry in a
particular field. We collect the data by using probabilistic sampling; stratified sampling
techniques. Stratified sampling use to separating the population elements into strata and
then select the sample randomly from each stratum following appropriate ratio. This
sampling is used when there is large variation within the population/heterogeneous.

2.1 Population and Sample

2.1.1 Population: Students of Diploma Public Administrative and Bachelor of

Administrative Science.
2.1.2 Sample: 30 students of Diploma Public Administrative and Bachelor of
Administrative Science.
2.1.3 Sampling technique: The students recruited by using probabilistic sampling;
stratified sampling techniques.

2.3 Data Collection Method

The questionnaires distributed by the researcher to the AM110 and AM228 students
at the campus Samarahan 2 after class hours. We distributed the questionnaire by ourselves
for degree students meanwhile, for diploma students we past it to our junior Miss Dayang
then she distribute it to her friends. We collect the questionnaire from her on the next day.
