ANDUS and OSIAS B. ANDUSof Purok 5, Picanan, Kumalarang, Zamboanga del Sur as
full payment for the portion of a land located at Danlugan, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del
Sur containing an area of 22,164 SQUARE METERS covered by Original
Certificate of Title No. 3,914 which I sold to the latter. (Portion Sold: Area-240
SQ.M particularly Block 3 Lot 12 (120 Square Meters), and Block 3 Lot 13 (120 Square
Meters).
