My career goals

After I obtain my A.A.S. in Business Management from CCBC, I plan on transferring to the
University of Baltimore, where I will be setting into an endeavor for a Bachelor’s degree in
Business Management. Later on in the future, I would like to have the necessary tools to start my
own business of some sort. Given my ongoing ten years in the hospitality industry of Marriott, I
want to do something that relates to helping people thrive. Be that behind the scenes or face-to-
face, I have confidence that after an extensive education in the business field, I can move up
within my industry, and gain a deeper level of understanding when it comes to dealing with
guests. This will, in turn, enrich my knowledge of guest needs and help me master the skills
necessary to ultimately manage my own team towards this goal as well.
