Title: Kumusta Ka? Kilalanin Natin Ang Isa’t-isa.

Objective: The objective of the group dynamics is to get to know each other before proceeding to any
other activities in the future.

Duration: 1 Hour

Summary of the Activity: The group dynamics was composed of three activities – first was Pass the Ball
wherein the patients will pass the ball to each other while the music is playing and when the music
stopped, the one who was holding the ball has to pick a piece of paper that contains an incomplete
sentence that they have to complete. Each incomplete sentence will help everyone know something about
the patient. The second activity was group relay. In this game, the patients were divided into two groups
where they have to finish four games, and the group to finish with the shortest time will win the game.
The first of four games was hula-hoop relay, and upon finishing the first game, the first person in the line
has to flick the cap of the water bottle that has to enter within the given border, then that person has to
pick a balloon and pass it along the line by blowing it and the last on the line has to burst the balloon. The
balloon contains a piece of paper and a tongue twister was written on it which the group members have
to recite individually. The last activity, the sharing part, was called Mix and Meet, where the patients have
to individually pick a piece of paper that contains different topics and they would have to share something
about them related to their chosen topic. Other patients have the chance to ask them more about their
experience about the topic to get to know them more.
