My group’s individual oral presentations were all very well done and had good assertions and

analysis. My IO went better than expected, I did not run out of things to talk about this time and I
had evidence to support my assertion. I need to practice using academic language even when I
am nervous. I discussed the societal expectations placed on women and the ideals of
machismo and marianismo in my IO with an excerpt from chapter two.
