To Whom It May Concern,

This pertains to the Decision of Presiding Judge Hon. Trese D. Wesceslao, of

Regional Trial Court, Branch 28, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija ordering Antonio M.
Santos Jr, with Criminal Case No. 29108-AF for Violation of Section 5, Art. II of R.A.
9165, to serve his sentence after admission of the same to suffer the penalty of Six
(6) months and One (1) day to Three (3) years imprisonment, and a fine of Ten
Thousand Pesos (Php10, 000.00), and sentenced him to undergo drug rehabilitation
for a period of not less than Six (6) months at Mega Drug Abuse Treatment and
Rehabilitation Center, Fort Magsaysay, Palayan City as per recommendation.

Comes before you, the undersigned is hereby ordered to deliver the herein
accused to your good office immediately upon receipt of the order.
