I. Administrative Services and Support Section (ASSS)

A. Administrative Services

1. Personnel management;
2. Budget preparation;
3. Clerical & related works;
4. Payroll preparation, etc.

B. Support Services

1. Conduct social preparation, (farmer-beneficiaries who are recipient of Agri-projects);


2. Conduct orientation, operation and training, (agri-machinery or equipment for turnover to the farmer-beneficiary/ies)
3. Facilitate the preparation of documentary requirements and the registration of farmers’ association to DTI, CDA, DOLE or SEC;
4. Conduct organizational and farmer’s meeting; and
5. Submit and consolidate required reports.

II. Agricultural & Biosystems Structures, Processing and Water Resources Development Section (ABSPWRDS)

1. Project implementation and construction of irrigation facilities such as SWIP, SFR, SDD, Spring Development and Rain Water Harvesting
Systems, etc.;
2. Repair and maintenance of existing irrigation systems and facilities;
3. Repair and maintenance of agricultural structures such as ADCs, Nursery Sheds, Tractor Sheds, etc.; and
4. Submission or required reports relevant to projects being implemented.

III. Agricultural & Biosystems Power, Machinery & Equipment Development and Management Section (ABPMEDMS)

1. In-charge of tractor operations;


2. Repair and maintenance of tractors, implements, agricultural machineries and equipment and service vehicle;
3. Fabrication of small scale agri-machineries and equipment for irrigation, land preparation for crop production, harvesting, post-harvest and
processing; and
4. Submission or required reports relevant to projects being implemented.
IV. Agricultural & Biosystems Planning, Regulation, Enforcement and Research Section (ABPRERS)
1. Project planning, detailed engineering design, POW, detailed estimates and drawing preparation;
2. Enforcement of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Standards (PAES);
3. Spearheads the registration of all agricultural machineries and equipment in Bayawan City;
4. Inspection of agricultural machinery and equipment fabricators or fabrication shops in Bayawan City;
5. Conduct study or research on appropriate, low cost and locally applicable/adaptable agricultural & biosystems technology or innovations;
6. Project proposal and feasibility study preparation and project evaluation; and
7. Regular monitoring of on-going projects and submission of required reports.
