I. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM LAST MEETING:

There was no previous meeting held.

II. REPORTS:
 Narrative Report given by those who attended seminar last May 15-16, 2019
on Training Workshop (Project STAR) at Dangay NHS. The seminar was
attended by Mrs. Donna Paz Y. Amboy, Mrs, Jennyvee M. Hernandez, Mrs.
Narcisa A. Nista
 Status Report on Science Project given by Mam Marichiel M. Mascarinas and
Mr. Joemar S. Custodio.
 Accomplishment Report last S.Y. 2018-2019 of Science Department given by
all Science Teachers.

III. OPEN ISSUES:

 Lesson Plan checking will be scheduled every Monday, following the 7 E’s
format.
 Schedule of Classroom Observation for the First Quarter must be given this
coming June 21, 2019
 Division Pantas Agham Contestants Review
 How to make the Special Science Class Curriculum upgraded.
