RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BARAJIGAV DISASTER RISK REDUCTIOtl AND

MAtiAGEMEt!T FUJID UIVES MEtiT PlAfl (BDRRMAP) OF BARAtiGAV
KATANGAWAU, GEIIERAl SAIITOS CITV, CHARGEABlE AGAifiST THE 2013
BUDGET

WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 10121, otherwise known as the Philippine Disaster
Risk Reduction and Management Act of 2010 was signed into law on May 27! 2010
which amends Presidential Decree No. 1566 and all other related laws, decrees,
executive onjers and issuances;

WHEREAS 1 the said law mandates the formulation and its implEmentation of a
comprehenstve and mtegr-ated batangay digster risk reduction and management plan
also known as BDRRM t:.lan in accordance with the framework as prescribed under RA
10121;

WHEREAS, the BDRRM plan was formulated in a p!anning-workshop held on

June 4, 2013 and was consequently approved by the Batan•Jay DeveioprrtE:nt Council;

WHEREAS, the Committee en Bane of this sangguinan conducted a review of

the matter and was able to estabHsh the followin•;;J;
a. The 5% BDRRM Fund for CY 2013 was appropnated m the foJJowmo manner;

• PREPAREDNESS J MTIGATION (70%) - Php 200: 207.04

• QUJCK RESPON E FUND (30%) 85.803.01

TOTAL - Php 286,010.05

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Barangay Kagawad Bemardo P. Gentoba,

unanimou ly econded by all the membe1s present, be it;
